As Fingerhut.com Brand Operations Manager, I'm responsible for all operational aspects on Fingerhut.com.
Our team is responsible for everything from regular maintenance to participating with Ecomm IT teams on major overhauls and functionality projects spanning across multiple business groups, as well as partnering with Ecomm Product Managers in leading strategy and design for web experiences on Fingerhut.com.
Our team also outlines and develops the short-term and long term goals for Fingerhut.com’s online capabilities, builds the appropriate business cases for executives making funding decisions, and manages the relationships with internal and external partners to help us accomplish our objectives.
